Welcome to Voices of Remembrance. By purchasing a personalized memorial song, tribute video, or related service through our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing your order.

1. Custom Creative Service

Voices of Remembrance provides personalized memorial songs and tribute content created from the stories, memories, and information submitted by clients through our questionnaires, messages, photos, and other materials.

Each song is a custom artistic interpretation inspired by the details shared by the client and is created with care, compassion, and creative discretion.

2. Payment

Full payment is required before the songwriting and production process begins.

Due to the personalized nature of our services, work may begin shortly after payment and questionnaire submission are completed.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.

3. Refund & Revision Policy

Because all memorial songs and tribute projects are custom-created specifically for each client, refunds are not available once songwriting, production, or editing work has begun.

Reasonable minor revisions may be requested for:

Pronunciation corrections

Minor lyrical adjustments

Small factual corrections

Major rewrites, complete style changes, or entirely new song concepts may require an additional fee.

If a cancellation request is made before work has officially begun, we will do our best to accommodate the request.

4. Turnaround Time

Typical turnaround times are estimated at the time of purchase and may vary depending on workload, revisions, holidays, or rush requests.

While we strive to meet all deadlines, Voices of Remembrance cannot guarantee delivery by a specific funeral or event date unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

5. Client Content & Permissions

By submitting photos, stories, videos, names, recordings, or other materials, you confirm that:

You have permission to share the materials

The information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge

You have the legal right to use and distribute any uploaded content

Clients retain ownership of their original submitted materials.

6. Promotional Use

By purchasing services from Voices of Remembrance, clients grant permission for portions of completed songs, lyrics, testimonials, memorial stories, audio clips, videos, and submitted photos to potentially be used for website content, social media, portfolio examples, advertising, promotional campaigns, and other marketing purposes related to Voices of Remembrance.

We always strive to share all memorial content with dignity, compassion, and respect for the loved one being honored.

Clients who prefer complete privacy may request a confidential/private project in writing before production begins, and we will honor those requests whenever possible.

7. Artistic Interpretation

Each memorial song is an original artistic interpretation based on the memories and emotional details shared by the client.

Because memorial music is a creative service, exact lyrical wording, musical style, vocal performance, instrumentation, and emotional interpretation may vary.

8. Delivery

Completed songs and digital products are typically delivered electronically through downloadable files, email, private links, or cloud-based delivery methods.

Clients are responsible for downloading and safely storing their delivered files.

9. Limitation of Liability

Voices of Remembrance is not liable for:

Emotional interpretations of songs

Client misuse of delivered materials

Technical delivery issues outside our control

Event scheduling conflicts

Third-party platform interruptions

Our maximum liability shall never exceed the amount paid for the purchased service.

10. Respectful Use

Voices of Remembrance reserves the right to refuse projects involving:

Hate speech

Offensive or abusive content

Illegal activity

Defamation

Content deemed inappropriate or harmful

11. Changes to Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically without prior notice. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any updated terms.
