At Voices of Remembrance, every memorial song is created with great care, compassion, and personal attention. Because each song is fully customized and inspired by the unique memories and stories shared by each family, our work begins shortly after your order and questionnaire are submitted.

Due to the personalized nature of these custom tribute songs, refunds cannot be provided once the songwriting and production process has begun.

However, your experience and emotional connection to the final tribute are deeply important to us.

If there are small lyrical adjustments, pronunciation corrections, or minor revision requests needed, we are happy to work with you to ensure the song feels meaningful and personal to your loved one’s memory.

If you wish to cancel your order before work has officially begun, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist you.
